The past few months have had its challenges in both my personal and professional life, I thought I would give this a try. I made an appointment at Sacred Solitudes and upon my arrival I was greeted by Sandra who is a down to earth person with a warm and welcoming smile. The environment was comfortable, calming and peaceful, something I have not experienced in a very long time. Before she started my session, Sandra took the time to explain to me what the process was. When she started her healing, I started to feel relaxed and the headache that I had arrived with started to go away. Throughout my session I felt a wave come over me that I started to cry. It was like a huge release for me. After my session, I left feeling lighter, like a weight had been lifted and no trace of my headache! I will definitely be booking another session!
