This is an appraisal company that gives a phone number that you can't use, doesn't give you a website so that you can contact them, and if your insurance company uses them then you had better hope that there are no changes that are needed to their appraisal, because anyone that do have an email to try and get a hold of them it apparently is useless as they don't respond which leaves you with a vehicle ripped apart and nothing being done with it until they get an approval (which it's been over a week and still no work) and that costs the insurance company and ultimately you in the end (premium hikes across the board) as you now have a rental for over a week and counting that has to be paid for.
